The framework is designed to support modular elements that could be used interchangeably. Those elements are shown below. The colour coding is reproduced throughout this page.  We note that the coding should be removed when presenting questions to patients to complete as that, as of March 2024, only a single combination of the modular elements has been validated but further work in this area is ongoing.

In the past 7 days, has your fatigue (tiredness or lack of energy) interfered with your ability to do your normal daily activities?
