Under the following conditions:

1. Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

In compliance with the attribution requirement, when using the Open Symptom Framework, both the opensymptomframework.com website and accompanying Gibbons et al. 2024 manuscript must be cited as the original sources of the Work. The citation format should follow any applicable academic or industry standards.

2. ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

3. No automatic endorsement — It must be understood that any recreation or expansion of the Open Symptom Framework will not necessarily be endorsed by the collaborative management group. The use of the Work does not imply approval, support, or endorsement by the collaborative management group. Periodically, the collaborative management group will review the scientific and psychometric suitability of published adaptations and expansions and post a list of approved versions on the opensymptomframework.com website.

4. No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Open Symptom Framework is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
